Is it possible to set up an IKEv2 VPN with certificate authentication on an iPhone?

Hello,

we would like to set up an IKEv2 VPN connection for our Apple iPhones. User authentication should be done via a certificate. Is that possible? If so, what needs to be configured?

We are currently using a Firebox M390 with version 12.11.4.

    Firebox doesn't support IKEv2 user certificate authentication,
    only mschapv2 auth.

    I've had a case open with WatchGuard for a while on this (using certificate authentication with IKEv2 mobile user VPN), and at the time they gave me the ID FBX-7518 to follow - opening a case and requesting to follow that ID should allow you to do the same.
