A while ago, there was a new default alias added for Microsoft 365. I'd like to add more like for example for Facebook, Google Services, etc.

There's a feature request to allow the use of external dynamic lists (EDLs) that would likely be able to do this for you. That feature request is FBX-17962.
I would suggest making your request in WatchGuard Cloud under the Give Feedback link.
