To enable it on the watchguard, I found two sections (STARTTLS and TLS). I'm not entirely clear on the difference between the two sections (STARTTLS and TLS). Just enable the flag without touching anything else in STARTTLS. How does it interact with the TLS section with allow rather than inspect?
