Windows 11 24H2 / SSL VPN Connects and then disconnects at least once a month.

I have a few users and almost like clock work or when ever Microsoft releases new updates there SSL VPN client breaks and goes stupid. It will connect like normal, they receive a PUSH from our DUO Proxy and then it disconnects and goes back to login.

The solution is to uninstall the VPN client, do post install cleanup deleting folders left behind in the %appdata% area and C:\Program Files (x86) area. Re-install the client and it works again for a month or so and then breaks again.

This is getting really annoying and might have to look into changing providers for this issue. I see other people on the internet are experiencing the same issues as well.

SSL VPN Client 12.11.2 incase that helps but also happened with previous version of the SSL VPN client as well.

I would switch to another method, but this is by far the most easiest for my users to understand, 90% of them can barley operate Windows let along a more complicated connection method like IPSEC connection.

Need to try and keep it as basic as possible for them.

    Hi @TDouglass

I would suggest opening a support case (if you happen to have one of the machines that is stuck as unable to connect, this can help with troubleshooting.)

You can open a support case via the support center button at the top right of this page.
