Web UI Session keeps disconnecting

Having an issue when logged into the Web UI the session is getting disconnected after about 2 minutes and then when I try to log back in it says Login failed. My account is currently logged in. Then I have to wait until that get logged out until I can log back in.

The management session settings are set to
10 hr session timeout
15 minutes idle time.

    If you're getting disconnected, I'd suggest trying to connect closer to/directly to the firebox to see if this issue happens there. If it does not, something is breaking your connection, and you'll want to look into that.

    You can enable multiple admins in the firebox global settings:

    https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Fireware/basicadmin/global_setting_define_c.html

    This enables multiple users to log in, and you select a toggle on the top of the screen for the user that can currently make changes.

    You can also make additional accounts in System -> Users and roles.

  • Thanks, yeah I was on a VM going across the tunnel. Tried from one on the same internal network and having the same issue. Getting kicked off in like a minute. I enabled the multiple users option and I guess I will keep looking around to see if I can figure out what's going on.

    Something has happened because my SSL/IPSec mobile VPN is now broken as well
