UPS.com
We're not able to go to ups.com sometimes. But without doing anything on the firewall, ups.com is reachable again. This is intermittent. Even when adding .ups.com/ to web blocker, it does the same thing.

Hi @tantony
You'll need to determine what part of your connection is failing.
-If you see a error message like a 404, 403, 500, etc, it may be a problem on UPS' side.
-If the page doesn't load or you see an error saying "could not resolve" or "response included NXDOMAIN" the problem may be with DNS.
-If the firewall is denying traffic, there will usually be a red deny line for that traffic in your firewall's traffic monitor. Looking at that can help determine what rule or proxy action might be breaking the connection.
If you need help determining what is happening, I'd suggest opening a support case. You can do that via the support center button at the top right of this page.
