Automatic feature key synchronization

Hi All

I would like to know please if anyone lately had problem with the automatic feature key synchronization. We just renewed a bunch of Firebox and it's all good on the Watchguard Cloud but this time unexpectedly the Firebox didnt not automatically retreive the new key feature as its used to do before.

I'll be waiting for your feedback.

    The automatically syncronize feature key option tells the firewall to check WatchGuard's activation servers every 24 hours for a new feature key. If the feature key is different than the one currently on the firewall, the firewall will update it.

    The firewall only does this once per 24 hours for locally managed devices.
    -The firewall must be able to resolve and connect to services.watchguard.com
    -The license must be real (temporary/trial feature keys are usually made offline and must be added to the firewall manually.

    If you want the firewall to update it's key right now, you can use the get feature key option in WatchGuard System Manager or the WebUI.

    Thank you for your replay. All what you mentionned is already done. I waited more than the 24 usual hours for it to be done automatically but it didnt so I was forced to do it mannually on some Firebox and left other (since there still time until expiration) for more diagnosis.

    By the way I tried the dns resolving for the "services.watchguard.com" and its working.

    I hope im not missing something elsewhere, otherwise I might open up a ticket.

    If it happens again, please open a support case. Our support team can look at the firewall with you and help work out what's going wrong.
