Locked tmp File

A user of mine said that sometimes a file is locked and he cannot delete it. When I examined the tmp file, I found that it was locked by PSANHost.exe. The service is NanoServiceMain. This tmp file gives the owner and other processes an access denied warning. How can I release the files without rebooting the server?
We are using Watchguard EPDR

    Hello @Altobelli

    Please check if the console and the antivirus version is the latest available.
    If you have a notification on the top right bell icon from the online console, check if the console Upgrade button is available there.
    If so, please upgrade the console, and let the device upgrade its versions.
    Once the antivirus local engine has been upgraded, confirm the issue is gone.

  • Hello David
    I started a case and was given a patch file. I installed it and then rebooted the server. The file was unlocked after this process and this is normal because the reboot process unlocks it. I am currently monitoring if there will be any problems. Thank you for your interest.
