Issues with cloud

We cant view live BOVPN info, or remote config, or remote reboot half of our cloud connected fireboxes.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

    Hi @Adam_Witwicki
    If you are having issues with any specific firewalls, I'd suggest opening a support case for them. It may also be helpful to look at the cloud connection status in the status report of each firewall to see if the firewall is connected to the cloud. (That information is near the bottom of the status report.)

    Updating to the latest firmware will always get you the latest bugfixes
