Signature update failed
Hi - for the Gateway Antivirus signatures, I tried to update them through WSM and I am getting "The signature update failed: An error occurred when downloading the signature file (9)". Any ideas? Running an M290 on v12.10.4.B702217 with FSM version 12.10.4-B699520. Right now it shows the installed version is 20241021.345 and I am trying to update to 20241024.445.

Ok well a new version 20241024.745 was just posted and that downloaded fine.

Thanks for the info -- It looks like the system was in the process of moving over to a new signature set.
I would suggest turning on automatic updates for your subscription services if you haven't already -- the firewall will automatically check and download the signatures for you.
