DNSWatch Down Again

Hello together,

this morning DNSWatch stopped working again for us. No internet for whole company..
On watchguard status page everything is shown green. I´ll disable this service now an neveruse it again. It´s to risky. Maybe Cisco has better service. Annoying.

Best regards

Hendrik

    Hi @HN13
I don't have any reports of DNSWatch being down in any region for the last 24 hours. If you'd like to open a support case, we'd be happy to look at what might be happening -- but with the limited information I have here in the forums, I have no way to help you.

If you have an existing case open, if you can reply here with it, I can make sure it's with the correct team to help.

    For others with DNSWatch issues:
Regionally provided services, such as DNSWatch, you need to click on your region, such as European Region, and then look for any current or historical status.

The above DNSWatch info shown by HN13 is currently down a good ways in the European Region status list. Keep scrolling until you see it.
