Multiple IPs on IKEv2 Mobile VPN

Hello,

today we have one provider with one ip to connect to on IKEv2 Mobile VPN. Now we have another provider and i want to add the new ip to the IP-Adresses for client connections. There is no order, right?
Is it a problem when one client has the ip of the first an the other client the ip of the second provider?
Any suggestions?

Best regards

HN

  • Why do you want to do this?

    Why not :-)

We want to switch provider and i want to be sure to have no downtime. We deploy IKEv2 connection via GPO...

    Hi @HN13

If you want no downtime, the best way to do this would be to use a FQDN for your VPN, and swap which IP your DNS points to.

Otherwise, you'll need to reconfigure the VPN, and redistribute the new profile to your users.
