No internet connection after connecting to anyconnect client.

This occurred when our Japanese Heads connected to their VPN (Cisco Any Connect). But this error occurs only on 2 Laptops. Some VPN users have no error connecting to the internet even when connected to their VPN.

    This is an un-trusted certificate issue.
    What AV software is on these 2 PCs?
    Some AV products and some VPN clients have man-in-the-middle settings which can cause this, and usually have an option disable this feature.
