What is the purpose of the new Resolved (Green check mark) & Unresolved (explanation mark) on posts?

    Hi Bruce,

It's a feature in the forum software we use, which was recently updated. It appears to be similar to the answered/not answered functionality.

Seems to be of no real value to me.
I certainly don't need to mark someone else's post as answered/not answered, which I can do via this.
And the implementation of it initially was WAY too big icons for them.
If there is an option to disable this new feature, I am in favor of it.

    Hi Bruce,

We'll look into it. I can't guarantee anything as they're likely tied to the type of forum this is set up as.

I'm aware of the large icon issue, that's since been fixed.

Seems that all posts with a reply since the new version now have a check mark, which clearly doesn't mean that the issue/question was resolved.
