Watchguard Cloud - MSP

Hello,

I am trying to glean some insight as to how our MSP, who is not a reseller, would provide us access to Watchguard Cloud to be able to see our data for our fireboxes? Do they need to have their account setup a specific way? How do they add us so that we can see only our Fireboxes, and not anybody else's? The fireboxes have been added to their account. I just want to make sure that I am asking them for the correct thing if they have their account setup correctly.

I'm not sure how exactly they have their account set up -- if they're just set up as a normal account, they should be able to add an account for you that allows you to be an operator for the fireboxes you bought/lease/whatever from them. Most resellers that do this will do so via folders.

I would suggest they speak with their WatchGuard sales team, as their account can be moved to a service provider account, which can do this:
