Automatically update HTTPS exception list not downloading

We have recently activated Webblocker on our M270 However when we enable it Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook are blocked. I see that there is an option to Automatically update HTTPS Exception list However this option although ticked is greyed out. We have enabled HTTP and HTTPs proxy but in the Domain Names list we only have 5 of the default listed. I understand it is supposed to update every hour. However we have left it enabled over an hour and it does not appear to update. Is there any way to force an update of the Domain Names list?

  • When Action (below the Domain Names list) is set to Allow or any option other than Inspect, the 2 check boxes are grayed out.
    When Action (below the Domain Names list) is set to Inspect, the 2 check boxes are not grayed out, and are selectable.
