Error: 201.145.010 - Timeout to authenticate second factor tonight
Hi
We are seeing ~50% Errors like 201.145.010 - Timeout to authenticate second factor errors tonight (Danish time) from our users.
Also heard from a vender their are seeing issues reaching M365 periodic. Any of you know, if there a routing issues right now somewhere?

We haven't received any reports of issues.
If your customer is having issues, I would suggest submitting a support case with their details so we can look into it and identify the issue.

Hi,
We have similar issue and getting that same error code in Watchguard Cloud. The problem is in SSLVPN and IKEv2 VPN where authpoint is integrated. Only AccessPortal works with Authpoint MFA.
Hi @MestariFin If the issue is with IKEv2 VPN it's likely a timeout setting.
If adjusting that does not help, I'd suggest opening a support case so that one of our technicians can look into the issue with you and determine what might be wrong.
