Predefined Exceptions no longer working

I'm finding after the last patch that my "Enable Predefined Content Inspection Exceptions" are no longer working. Sites like office365 and live aee no longer being Excepted. When I hit "Manage Exceptions" button in the client they are there, but the list is blank when viewing it in the web client.

    If you have not done so already, you should open a support case on this.

    I'm running V12.9.2.
    In WSM Policy Manager, I see the correct list - most selected and a few not selected.
    In the Web UI, which I rarely use, I see all entries not selected - which seems like a bug to me.
