VPN works on wired connection but doesn't on Wi-Fi

Hi guys,

The laptop is on Windows 10 x64.
Watchguard Mobile VPN version is 12.7.2.0.
When the laptop is connected to the network through a network cable - VPN connects successfully.
When the laptop is connected to the network through a Wi-Fi - VPN disconnects immediately after cleaning ARP cache (may be even after assigning IP address).

Whoever ever came across the similar please advise why is it so and how to fix it.

    Hi @Alexander_Kim
    -If your PC is a dell, please make sure that the "Network Optimizer" in dell expressconnect is turned off. That will attempt to send traffic out multiple NICs.

    If that does not help, I'd suggest opening a support case so that you can share your logs with one of our support reps that can look into it with you.
