Migration from T30 to T40

I will be doing an onsite migration from a T30 to a T40 next week. Should it be as simple as uploading the T30 config to the T40 and going from there? Or are there some things I need to be aware of. The current T30 has dual WAN with failover configured along with mobile VPN for about 15 users setup.
