Import ikev2 configuration into watchguard NCP client

Hi,

I just setup ikev2 VPN on our m270 firebox with software 12.7.2. I have now exported the configuration and I I am trying to import it into the watchguard NCP VPN client. When i browse for the file I downloaded it does not come up in the list of files I can import. it is a .tgz file. The VPN client is looking for .wgx, wge or spd.

How can I get the watchguard NCP vpn client to connect to a ikev2 VPN?

Hi @Beau
The IKEv2 config files are specifically designed for the built in IKEv2 clients built into modern OSes.

The WatchGuard/NCP client doesn't support IKEv2.

If you'd like to use IKEv2, please use the guide here to set up your client:
