Periodicly, starting today, when i authenticate on my mobile app (IOS), i get a error code 402.003.315. Only if i authenticate with QR code, i can login.
I have opened a case, 01626235, but anyone seen or know what this means?
402.003.315 ios ERROR_NSURLDOMAIN_HOST - The host name for a URL couldn’t be resolved, an attempt to connect to a host failed or the host address couldn’t be found via DNS lookup.

If the auth point client throughts a error number, will this always be from the underlaying OS?
@[email protected] That specific full error code would be unique to ios, yes.
The fix is to reset the network connections on the Apple device, or take the user off of WIFI
