Network Blocking Services

Hi,

We can read here https://watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/WG-Cloud/Devices/managed/configure_network_blocking.html that "For network blocking services, the configured settings apply to all policies that have these services enabled".
But when we add a firewall policy there are no way to enable\disable Network Blocking Services...
So how this Services work.

PS: I'm using a Cloud Managed FB.
