Activation issue

I got the following error message when trying to activate a Firebox:

What Went Wrong?
301 - Activation Problem

This device can only be purchased and activated by a WatchGuard Managed Security Services Partner. Please contact the reseller you purchased this device from and ask to exchange it for an end-user device. If you need more information, you can also contact WatchGuard Customer Care.

Please advise.

  • contact WatchGuard Customer Care or contact whoever you purchased this from. It appears to be the wrong SKU.
    For Customer Care, open a support incident using the Support Center link above, select Create New Case, type = Customer Care
