Can we view what machines have the Logon App installed?

It would be helpful from a compliance standpoint to see which computers have the logon app installed. I see where I can look through the resource activity section in the Monitor tab and get a general idea, but is there a better way to just see a list of machines somewhere?

Unfortunately there's no full report like what you're looking for at this time.

I've created a feature request to have this available. The request ID is AAAS-7734.

If you can create a support case with that request in it somewhere (AAAS-7734,) I'd be happy to notify you if/when it becomes available.
