Has anybody managed to install the SSL client via InTune?

Hi All,
We are trying to use InTune to install the Mobile VPN with ssl client but it always fails due to the TAP driver and requiring administrator permissions. Has anybody managed to push out the client to laptops this way? Support we're no help whatsoever.
