IMAP gmail seems blocked from any-trusted to any-external

Hello to all,
I have the mail clients (Oulook 365 and Outlook) that are blocked by the firewall to access to imap.gmail.com via IMAP/993 (I checked it by telnet command line). I already tried to add a policy from any-trusted to any-external, TCP port 143 and 993 (tls), but it seems doesn't work fine. In true I don't understand because I need this policy (If there are no blocks, all outgoing traffic must go...out). Is there somebody that can help me to find a solution? WatchGuard firewall is really hard to manage and to understand.
Thanks

Please post a sample deny log message from Traffic Monitor showing this.

You can turn on Logging on a policy to see packet which are allowed by that policy in Traffic Monitor.

The logs.....this understood world in Watchguard firewalls... for me.
I have to understand how to enable it.
But, at a first look, it seems to be based on external server. Is it right?
    Thanks

What are you using to manage your firewall ?

You don't need a log server to see recent log messages:
for the Web UI - look at Dashboard -> Traffic Monitor
for WSM Policy Manager - look at WSM Firebox System Manager -> Traffic Monitor
