i am confused, can i access the access portal with authpoint, not authpoint-SAML?
does anyone know an updated guide?
Access Portal uses SAML authentication for MFA, which allows more flexibility. You're still able to authenticate just like normal via SAML. SAML is the preferred method.
What specifically is the problem?
I would suggest opening a support case if you're running into a specific problem, so that our support team can assist.

i thought i could only use authpoint
You can use any SAML provider you want, AuthPoint is just one of them
You can also use local AD, Firebox-DB and RADIUS servers to authenticate to Access Portal.
Ok, I already use Db-firebox and it works, I just want to implement authpoint, there is a guide for authpoint only
AuthPoint integration with Access Portal is via SAML. You can find a guide here:https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/Integration-Guides/AuthPoint/access-portal-saml_authpoint.html
