It is down again at 6:17PM on May 22nd. https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/software.watchguard.com.html
I am unable to get to software.watchguard.com and https://www.isitdownrightnow.com shows it down for everyone.

Check if there is a typo in software.watchguard.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
