Can we have the URL: https://slscr.update.microsoft.com under the CATEGORY, Security update tools, and under APPLICATION, Microsoft Windows Update this will make it easy for us to enable and block windows update under this category.

Application Control will vary based on what is accessing it. If you access that site via a web browser, the browser or HTTP over TLS will usually show up. If your PC is running updates, there's a few categories it can show up under. Application control is most accurate when content inspection is turned on, otherwise the traffic will generally be encrypted and difficult to identify.
