Problem installing WSM 12.6.2

in Firebox - Management Software

Then I try to install WSM 12.6.2 I get another version is installed please remove the old version. I have uninstalled all watchguard software from the computer and rebooted, and I still get the same answer.

If I try to start WSM 12.6.2 it will start but crashes then I try to connect to the firebox.

Can you please help me?

    There could be some Registry entries still around.
    Best to open a support incident on this.
