POLICY MANAGER CANNOT OPEN

in Firebox - Upgrade, Downgrade, Backup

Dear Team,

I have Firewall T15 device mistakenly i upgraded the firmware on 12.5.5 now policy manager is not opening through manager can you please send me firmware 12.5.1 so i will downgrade the OS.

Note : I tried to upgrade Manager but still same.

    Open a support incident to get the old firmware version.

    You need WSM 12.6.2 to manage V12.5.5
