Change MGM IPs of Cluster

Dear all,
we have to modify the IP addresses of the MGM Intefaces.
Now its:

192.168.168.1 (Cluster IP)
192.168.168.2 (Member 1 IP)
192.168.168.3 (Member 2 IP)

After moving to new co-location it has to be:

172.20.9.1 (Cluster IP)
172.20.9.2 (Member 1 IP)
172.20.9.3 (Member 2 IP)

Is there a easy way to modify the IP addresses without rejoining
cluster?
