Ok I understand the problem. What it happens if you allow all ports did you have try that?
-
Hi @stefan_petershofer , Sure. Can you tell me your service provider? Becaus its always different.
-
Hi Guys, I've talked with Watchguard. They said that is a known problem. They have opend a RFE field and ist tracked under RFE-FBX-13953.
-
Hi guys problem were fixed. AAAS-9068

Hi @offbyone thanks for your porst. I have disable STUN on the PBX but it still doenst work. I've now built a packet filter where the ports of my provider are containend an released to externally without SIP. Now it works. But I had the last time the problem that the voice transmission didn't work anymore. I usually took…

The problem is fixed. The problem was that the mailbox wasn't created as this user was already synchronized from LDAP to Authpoint. This will cause Authpoint to reject the request for this mailbox. If authpoint receives a mail rejection, it will stop sending any other emails to that address until we intervene. This must be…

Hi @Daniele_Mammano, ok I will do this.
-
Hi @Uschroder We use Matrix 42 Softwaredristibution and the Matrix 42 Client where is installed on the computer systems has local system rights. With the last Watchguard SSLVPN client version it worked without problems.
-
Hi @James_Carson, yes sure I will do that. Is it possible to fix this problem myself or do I always need support from Watchguard?
-
Hi @James_Carson srry it wasn't the SSLVPN client but the internal firewall that had to handle it.
-
Hi @James_Carson thanks for the informations. I'll try this and let you know.
-
Unfortunately not.
-
Yes also when the SSLVPN cient is not connected
-
Hi @offbyone , thanks for your post. Yes I think so. Now I will let the configuration with packte filters when you say you have the same problem with Swyx.
-
@Bruce_Briggs thanks for your feedback to this topic. So I will install this update and give a feeback if it works or not.
-
@GreggHill thanks for your post. What I find unfortunate is the Watchguard which describes that this should work without problems with a single SIP-ALG proxy.
-
According to my provider these always have difficulties with SIP ALG. This is a Swyx telephone system
-
I have now created a policy with a packet filter instead of a SIP ALG. Now the telephony works. From: Phone Server TO: Any External Ports: I got from my provider @Bruce_Briggs what do you think about this configuration?
-
Srry fort the late answer. Yes exactly that is the problem. Why are you doubt that the license limitations on BOVPN tunnel counts change by switching to virtual interfaces?
-
Yes I have reviewed these. But at the moment I have the problem that we use manual BOVPN and now there are no tunnels left. Now my question is with Virtual Interfaces possible to define unlimited BOVPN connections?
-
Thanks I will try it.
-
How can I fix that if all broadcast packets will deny?
-
Hi Bruce thanks for your answer. But I think I have mispronunced to this topic. At the moment I have a DHCP Relay. The problem is that the tarffc is blocked for port 67 although there is a policie that sould allow the traffic for port 67.
