Site block/web filtering based on internal device IP or MAC

Is there a way that I am not seeing to block sites or use web filtering on a specific device? I figured there was a way to block additional sites based on a device's MAC. We have a particular device that needs stricter web filtering than all the others.

    Set up a DHCP reservation for that MAC addr, and then control the access for the reservation IP addr.
    You can add policies for a specific IP addr or groups of addrs to control desired access.

    WebBlocker rules are all going to be policy based, so the policy will need to be by user group, or by IP address.

    Like Bruce mentioned, if this is just for one specific IP, setting up a policy to apply to just that one PC's IP and having a DHCP reservation is the fastest and simplest way to accomplish this.
