DNS Server in Ireland down? 34.251.171.117 get unknown error

in DNSWatch - General

From last Friday on my DNSWatch did not work. I had to disable DNSWatch on my firebox to get my company get back to work.

Isn´t there a fallback to 34.240.115.208?

I am not sure what to do.

    This shows that DNSWatch is working OK, and supposedly has not been down.

    same here on a M270 last Friday at approx. 3PM, even though there were no incidents reported on status.watchguard.com across all regions.

    you had to remove DNSWatch also?

    Hello HN31,

    Yes, I had to disable it in order to get the DNS resolution to work, luckly we had DNSWatch only on 1 Firebox out of 100+,

    I left disabled till last Thursday when i got the confirmation from WG Support via a ticket that the issues was resolved,

    No idea what happened exactly, but i'm still waiting for an RCA (root cause analysis), i think it will be published publicly.
