The answer is “no” it can only be installed on CentOS6 or CentOS7.
That said, TDR over time is going to be phased out and turned into a “log aggregate” service. If you want to use an “EDR” solution that’s not going anywhere AND is compatible with all Linux Distro’ so would look into “WatchGuard EDR” or “WatchGuard EPDR” solutions.
Anyone that is using TDR for their EDR solution should bear this info in mind before they move forward with it.
