        <description><![CDATA[<p>Today one of my clients requeted me to install Surf Browser, I dont know anything about it but I found their webpage and they seems to be legal.</p>

<p>I tryed to install it on my computer and Adaptative Defense 360 idetifies it as non-confiable and stopts the installation.</p>

<p>Is it a mistake or Surf Browser can be a virus?</p>

<p>Is there a way to prevent these from being sent or at least categorically identify these as decoy detections and avoid unnecessary notifications?</p>

<p>We are using "Panda Adaptive Defense 360". I read about the security issue "CVE-2023-36884". So far, there is no patch from Microsoft, but Microsoft writes that their antivirus solution Defender helps here. Does Panda help us here in the same way as Defender (detection and defense)?</p>

<p>Quote from the article: <em>Microsoft 365 Defender detects multiple stages of Storm-0978 activity. Customers who use Microsoft Defender for Office 365 are protected from attachments that attempt to exploit CVE-2023-36884. In addition, customers who use Microsoft 365 Apps (Versions 2302 and later) are protected from exploitation of the vulnerability via Office.</em></p>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The installer installs Adaptive Defense 360 and two management agents. <br />
the Protection Agent Service looks legit and the Management-Agent not.</p>

<p>it doesn't have an app icon. does not ask security permission by a first time run. and there is no admin permission need to remove the app.  After removing everything looks to run without error.</p>

<p>We have 3 x Established clients using 360 on RDS servers running on Windows server 2019 with UPD (User profile disks) enabled.</p>

<p>Both servers are failing to delete the local, cached copies of the profile with AD360 enabled. If we uninstall AD360 the problem disappears.</p>

<p>Has anyone else seen this?</p>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I've got corporate emails in gmail for business browsed with thunderbird. We have this problem - it takes some time to show one message, and thunderbird is overall slow when downloading messages. Settings for OAuth2 are configured as it should be. There were cases when you must restart thunderbird to start downloading messages. I've noticed problem with my wifi shifting the speeds from 26mbit to 144mbit. I've replaced the router with good one - TP-Link Archer C6 and now overall browsing speed is better, messages are being downloaded, but you have to wait 3-4 mins until content of the messages is shown. You don't need to restart thunderbird this time. Mail Protection is turned on both laptops where the problem occurs and i don't want to turn it off. 2-3 days passed since i replaced the router. I have other companies which also use thunderbird and they don't have the same problem. I believe the problem in some setting in Panda.</p>

I'm trying to run WebAccessControlViewer (extracted from urlviewer_forcepoint.zip) on a Windows 2019 server so I can see what URLs are getting blocked.<br />
However - when I run it, I get the following error message<br />
"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may resolve the issue."<br />
So reinstalling isn't an option as it's a stand alone executable. The DLL doesn't appear to exist on the server, so it's not as though I can reregister it.<br />
It works on W10 22H2, and 2012 R2.<br />
What am I missing?<br />

<p>We have a client who uses PureVPN. No matter what we do to AD360 it keeps classifying this as a pup and refuses to allow it to run.</p>

<p>We've told the console to allow it and see "The administrator has allowed this threat to run on all computers" against it but whenever we try to run the program it still gets detected as a threat and is blocked.</p>
